I’ve spent the last 15+ years building systems and leading teams inside complex organizations. My work has lived at the intersection of structure and creativity — from product and platform leadership to running large creative teams.

I’ve done this work at companies like Zappos, Riot Games, and Indeed, where I’ve seen how thoughtful design, clear systems, and good leadership can meaningfully shape how people experience their work.
